Returns & Exchanges

At La Mona Crafted, every piece is made to order with care and intention. We hope you love the piece created for you. If something is not right, the following policy explains your options.

Returns

For eligible Poppy Classic, Poppy Atelier, and Poppy Heritage Curated pieces, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• Returned with its original packaging and any accompanying materials

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. We will provide return instructions before you send your piece back.

Please do not return an item without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns based on a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. La Mona Crafted cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before they reach us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Poppy Heritage Design Your Own

Poppy Heritage Design Your Own pieces are created specifically according to the configuration selected and confirmed by the customer.

For this reason, Poppy Heritage Design Your Own pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange based on a change of mind.

This does not affect your options if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the configuration confirmed with your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not return the piece before receiving instructions from us.

Duties and Return Costs

Original customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other import-related fees are separate from La Mona Crafted's complimentary shipping and may not be refundable by La Mona Crafted.

Additional duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other costs that may arise from returning an item internationally are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Where a return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before shipping anything so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Cancellations and Changes

Because our pieces are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or change.

Once creation has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible, particularly for Poppy Heritage Design Your Own pieces.

We will confirm what options are available based on the production status of your order.
