Return and Refund Policy

At La Mona Crafted, every piece is handmade with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable Items Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
