Every piece is handmade with care and crafted to order by skilled women artisans. Because each bag is created specifically for you, our process differs from traditional ready-to-ship retail products.

Crafting Time

Most La Mona Crafted pieces are made to order.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted before shipment. During periods of high demand, crafting times may be extended slightly. If this occurs, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Once your piece is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Chile

Orders within Chile are shipped via trusted local carriers.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders are dispatched once your piece has been completed and passed our final quality review.
