Shipping & Duties
Every La Mona Crafted piece is made to order in Chile. Creation begins after your order is confirmed, allowing each piece to be made with the time and attention our craft requires.
Complimentary Shipping to the United States
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Orders are shipped from Chile to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Creation Time
Because each piece is made to order, creation time varies by collection:
Poppy Classic — approximately 2 weeks
Poppy Atelier — approximately 3 weeks
Poppy Heritage Curated — approximately 4 weeks
Poppy Heritage Design Your Own — approximately 4 weeks
For Poppy Heritage Design Your Own, creation begins once your selected configuration has been confirmed.
Creation times refer to the period required to make your piece and do not include international transit time.
Delivery
Once your piece is complete and ready to leave Chile, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.
International transit time is additional to the creation time shown above and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, and circumstances outside La Mona Crafted's control.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Orders are shipped from Chile and may be subject to U.S. customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed upon importation.
These charges are not included in our complimentary shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable import charges are determined by the relevant authorities and/or carrier and are outside La Mona Crafted's control.
Unexpected Delays
If we become aware that we will not be able to ship your order within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, we will contact you with updated information and the options available for your order.
