Welcome to La Mona Crafted. By accessing or purchasing from lamonacrafted.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products All La Mona Crafted pieces are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual item.
3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We accept payment by credit and debit card only. Transactions are processed securely. La Mona Crafted does not store card details.
4. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible depending on production status.
5. Shipping We ship domestically within Chile and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. La Mona Crafted is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
