Crafting takes approximately 2 weeks, after which you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–4 business days.

For in-stock or sample-sale items, please allow up to 3 business days for preparation before shipping.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) from Chile.

This means your country may require the payment of import taxes, duties, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, it may be returned or considered abandoned by the carrier. Any associated costs will be deducted from the refund.

Natural Dye Behavior

Some colors — especially deeper tones — may release slight pigments during early use or in humid environments.

We recommend letting your bag air for a few hours before first wear and avoiding pairing it with delicate white clothing initially.

Storage

Store your bag in its breathable dust bag.

Keep it away from moisture, and avoid placing heavy items on top of it.

Our return address is located in Santiago de Chile, and will be provided once your request is approved.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original, intact packaging.

Items returned without proper packaging may be subject to a small fee.

Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number, as we cannot process refunds for parcels lost without proof of shipment.

Once we receive your return, our team will assess the condition of the item.

If the product has been visibly used or damaged, the return may be declined.

If approved, refunds are processed within 15 days after the item is restocked.
